Company Profile
Employee Benefit Services of Franklin, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Jim
D. Hatch. Mr. Hatch's primary purpose in forming the Company was to assist
employers in effectively managing their benefit plans by ensuring that maximum
return is realized from every benefit dollar spent.
Mr. Hatch has over 23 years experience in group related products and
managing employee benefit plans for three of the largest employers in the
country.
The Company's strategy will be to offer custom personalized service to all
employer groups. One of the firm's major initiatives will be to offer employers
the ability to outsource the benefits responsibility to their firm. As the cost
of benefits continues to escalate, there is greater opportunity for innovative
and creative planning related to benefit plan design, funding, and
administration.
